In August, about a month before the passing of Ruth Bader Ginsburg, The National Review published an article explaining that history is on the side of Trump & the Republicans filling a Supreme Court vacancy in 2020.

The article argues that it would be political suicide for Republicans to refrain from filling a potential Supreme Court seat.

One month after this data-driven information was released, the tragic death of RBG was announced, leaving a Supreme Court vacancy.

And it is to no surprise that the Left and the media have made threats and accusations just days after RBG's death in an attempt to complicate the appointment process and confuse the American electorate.

But President Trump absolutely has the power to nominate someone for the High Court any time he is President - which includes the remained of 2020. And the Senate absolutely holds the power to confirm his choice at any time, too - be that before, during or after the Election.

President Trump and the Republican-led Senate absolutely need to "fill that seat" in 2020!
