Texas Sues Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin

Late Monday night, Texas filed a lawsuit with the Supreme Court challenging the election rules in Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.

On today's show, Todd referenced an article by Breitbart that revealed why Texas is suing these four swing states. Texas is arguing that Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin have all violated The Electors Clause of the Constitution by making changes to voting rules and procedures through the courts or executive actions, and not through the state legislatures.

Therefore, Texas is asking the Supreme Court to order these four states to allow their state legislatures to appoint their electors due to election irregularities and alleged voter fraud.
