'Pence Card' Can Save Trump Presidency on Dec. 23rd
A White House memo details how Vice President Mike Pence has the legal power to reject Electoral College votes from contested states.
On the show today, Todd referenced a piece by The National File that argues Vice President Pence can reject fraudulent Electoral College certificates - as long as those concerns are reported to the states by December 23rd (today).
Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Nevada, Arizona, and New Mexico could all be subjected to this because these states have two sets of electors, though Democrats will argue that the Republican electors are not valid.
Could get interesting.
