Michigan Voter Fraud Hearing | December 3, 2020 | Hour One
Here's your conservative not bitter host Todd Huff I tell you what I watched that Michigan hearing last night in jaegers Mio my eye this is I mean the evidence fact I think I tweeted last night if you want to see if you want to see what's going on here if you want to see evidence for all those who claim there is no evidence here you go check it out see what's going on the no evidence crowd by the way now it is well they're not sworn in under oath. Okay. I don't know why they're not I mean that last night was at the Michigan in front of the Michigan house which two of these I'm gonna tell you right now two of these democrats that were involved in the questioning they illustrate demonstrate on live TV whoever would carry this I watched it I watched it online a couple of different places because the connection kept getting cut but anyway it's it's these two democrats demonstrate everything that is wrong with politics. And look it was just happened to be two democrats there which of course is most of the case elected democrat politicians. It was they were drama Kratz. Last night. One lady was patted on the podium and threatening, you could say threatening one of the witnesses at least one upload the soundbite of that welcome to the program. By the way, I'm your host, Todd Huff email, Todd, at The Todd Huff show.com can send me your thoughts, questions, even your adoration and praise will be accepted. For those of you who watch on line or on social media bear with me. We're, I think we'll have this up. After this first segment. We had a something wasn't properly set up this morning. And I will address that during the first break. So anyway, we've got Trump out there making a speech about the election, about fraud, about the concerns that we have, I might I might play that we have Sidney Powell and Lynwood. I'm watching now on Newsmax here in the background holding a press conference slash rally in Georgia. I mean suppose we have reached a boiling point here in this in this nation at CNN, more tapes from from CNN released by James O'Keefe I think I forgot the L a couple times yesterday in my in my hurry to discuss multiple things but James O'Keefe Project Veritas having videos or audio tapes, I guess, of CNN basically talking about why they were not going to air the story talk about the story of you know, with with hunter Biden, Jeff Zucker is on tape with that. A lot of folks misunderstand I've seen on Twitter, well, what is James O'Keefe exposed? He's not exposed to anything. He's exposed that these executives talk about what's gonna happen on their news broadcast. Now what he's exposed is the creation of a narrative. I don't a part of me wonders if people understand what we've actually got, what what media is supposed to be and what we've actually got? media, the news is supposed to report what's going on, give you information. They shouldn't be talking about what you're going to do with that information they shouldn't be talking about. We know whether or not their journalists are tweeting out stories from other news networks, which was done in the state Anyway, there's so much to get to the point. And I want to start here with what happened last night with the Trump legal team in Michigan. There's a representative in Michigan. Her name is CJ Johnson was ca. ca Johnson. But anyway, Representative Johnson, a Democrat from Detroit. All she cared about in the meeting yesterday was whether or not Not the people that were making the testimony were from Detroit. They were representing Detroit, what on earth? It's like saying, if there's a murder in your city, and the only people that saw it, were people from out of town. That did not happen. Miss Johnson, is that what you're suggesting? You only care about where these folks are from How about whether or not they are telling the truth? How about whether or not the preponderance of the evidence is something that's quite troubling and folks, it is overwhelming. I jotted I jotted down some stuff last night. And this isn't even close to the whole whole story. But basically, what we had in Michigan, if these allegations are true for multiple witnesses, I didn't see the entire thing this thing ran, I think, I want to say four or five hours or something. I did see a couple hours of this. My show prep time right now is off the charts, things I do for you folks. Love it, by the way. But anyway. So here's what we've got. We've got republican poll watchers, who were harassed and intimidated. And this wasn't just something that happened. Kind of spontaneously, one of the witnesses said, the democrat poll watchers didn't seem to have any idea about the rules of, you know, challenging ballots and what was going on she she said, it seemed that the only thing they were trained to do was to basically yell at and harass the republican poll poll worker, she said that one of the folks said that there was a dramatic difference. She was an Indian American. Actually, there were a couple of Indian Americans who were testifying last night for those who might be keeping score. Well, on superficial levels, in fact, one of the Indian American immigrants who was volunteering, by the way incredibly articulate very well spoken her all the ones that I saw, one of one of the ladies was, you could tell was very meek and mild mannered. One of the ladies came out kind of both guns a blazing. We kind of had all types of individuals and personalities up there on on the stage, people from all walks of life. Of course, they were, I don't, I don't remember seeing any Democrats. But you know, I did see a wide swath of people, different ages, different ethnic groups, different genders. And that apparently matters if someone from the superficial left is listening today, you can rest assured that at least a healthy percentage of the testimony was given by someone who wasn't just a white male, which apparently, again, matters the truth doesn't see that stuff true. Just cares about what truth just is. Anyway. So this individual, she said, she said, Look, she said they thought they assumed I was a Democrat. She said I didn't have my I had my credentials, but I didn't have my Republican, something that notified others that I was a Republican, she said, Look, she said I was with them, and just, you know, didn't say anything. And they were the things they were saying was were problematic. And when I started challenging ballots, they basically said, What are you doing? And eventually found out I was republican and the whole, the whole thing flipped the whole situation change and she was treated differently kind of kicked, kicked out of the group at that point. Right, I guess. And this is, this is what they said. We were told, we were told to try to keep a low profile of someone pushed back against us. We were told not to challenge too hard because we were getting thrown out of there. We just wanted someone there in the facility counting or challenging or observing what was going on republicans getting kicked out left and right. When republicans will get kicked out. The whole place would applaud, including the employees. It's just incredible. Some of this is on video folks. Many GOP Walker watches Of course were kicked out. And by the way, they were not replaced. They were not allowed to be replaced when this happened. I think one lady says she didn't see a single GOP worker all night. I believe that's what she said poll workers. were told to let people vote no matter what no matter what the circumstance is let them vote. You don't think this is the person you have a question about their signature that doesn't matter. Just let them vote. That's your that's your job as though there's no there's no desire to make Sure a person is allowed to cast a vote, people attesting to the early morning and delivery of ballots or the influx of ballots. ballots changed. Some, you know, sometimes there's a ballot in question that has to be duplicated, maybe it won't go through the machine, the ballots, individuals testified that ballots were changed, meaning that, you know, you have to duplicate the ballot instead of making it you know, some people voted for people from both parties. On multiple occasions, it was changed to a straight democrat ballot that went into the pile. Oh, my goodness, there were one of the witnesses testified that when she was reviewing the ballots, which were supposed to have been mailed in, from, you know, from people, they were just random stacks of ballots, but the numbers on the ballots were all she said, within the same. It might not have been exactly sequential, it might have been like 12546798, or something like that. But sequential whatever the all those digits before that were, were the same. So she said that those she was very, that's what she said that she was realized something was, was really wrong. The precincts are, of course, out of balance 71%. And there was a little bit of discussion about that, because, because that it's not uncommon for a precinct to be out of balance. What is uncommon is for a precinct to be out of balance, and they're not. So I guess the short of it is, if there's 100 people who voted in a precinct, just for simple math, and three people asked for duplicate ballot, your your log would say 100 people voted, but there's 103 ballots, and then there'd be a note that says, oh, there's an explanation for this. Three people voted, had to discard their first ballot and then get a second ballot. So there you go three ballots. So they didn't reconcile but there was an explanation explaining why they why they didn't reconcile and what said explanation, everything balances out she, the charges in Michigan are that 71% of the ballot of the precincts, according to one of the republicans who she actually serves on the I forget the name of the actual group, but the group that certified the election for the state. And she said this is where her her problems came in was that there, there couldn't be proof that there was a certificate, they didn't know what to certify, because 71% of the precincts did not according to what she was saying, as I understand that there was no explanation there might have been 100 ballots given out. There might have been, you know, notes that said five people voted, you know, had to get a corrected ballot. So 105 ballots for 100. And people would file a note that said five balance were given, but instead of there being 100, you know, and just five ballots given there might have been 38 ballots given so there were 33 unaccounted for that kind of inability to balance the counts in precincts. That's a problem. Yeah, we gave out 100 people came in, we gave out 130 or 133 ballots, only three of them, we know, requested a second ballot. So we can only attest two or three of those 38 extra ballots when we don't know about the 35. And no idea. Doesn't matter, certify the election certified, get it done. Get it done today fast.
Don't have don't have the legislator, look at the legislature. Look at this. Just move on the media's told us that Biden is the president elect and as you know that we're broadcasting to you live from the Office of the potential future president elect. Why not? And so this is how it's done. There's no interest in truth. There's no interest or curiosity in what happened. There's no fact last night this representative Johnson or whatever her name was this one of the two lunatics up there on the panel. She said, she called all the witnesses liars. In fact, when she would ask a question, of course, she normally was going on some drama, cat drama, kratt tirade. Not even asking a question making, you know, political grandstanding up there. But when she did get to her question, her question seemed to revolve mostly around. How long have you known the President's legal team? It was the first time you spoke with them. At first I was trying to figure out what is she getting at but I came to realize what she was trying to say. Or that this was that Rudy Giuliani and Jenna Ellis who by the way did an outstanding job. I have to tell you sometimes this look, I like Rudy Giuliani. I remember back on 911 I was I was impressed by his leadership and just the way he handled that and led that stay through that incredibly difficult time America's mayor. I don't know I've lost a little bit of that over time. during interviews I've seen I just didn't have the same. Not as impressive to me as he once was. But last night, I am telling you right now, knocked it out of the park Jenna Ellis, fantastic. I was thoroughly impressed at what they did last night, I was thoroughly impressed with how they wrapped that thing up and how they explained to those legislature, legislators on that bench. Here is your responsibility, your constitutional responsibility have a responsibility to this nation to your constituents to your state, you must not allow this vote to be certified. You cannot you have to regain take back the power to to decide who these electors are going to go to because what we have here in Michigan is an absolute unmitigated disaster. There's no way in the world there is no way in the world that what was certified is what is accurate. Now, you can say maybe it's not enough for the election to change. But it is drastically different. The problems are astonishing. Astonishing they are an intimidation was used. It was coordinated. The things that were done across multiple men course mainly in the Detroit area, but they happen everywhere mailing ballots, so many questions about these mailing ballots. This cannot be allowed to stay and chain of custody for ballots was broken. You don't know where they've been who've had who's had access to them. The questions about Dominion dominion, by the ways refused to go in front of Michigan Surprise, surprise, the same committee Rudy's closing remarks, I think we're fantastic as well. Anyway, this is not folks, this is we've reached a boiling point. This is different. You know, I know people want to compare and contrast and I gotta take a break here. People want to compare and contrast this with other things that have happened in the past, and then they they hear republicans talking a good game, but they never see any proof in any results. And folks that vape may very well happen here. I'm not saying it well. But I am telling you that it's different this time. This is this is what we've seen what has been alleged in multiple states. And the similarities between what happened in multiple states is over welcomingly problematic to the point where these vote totals absolutely without any doubt in any rational person's mind. Not only are I'm am I confident that they can't be trusted, I'm certain that they're wrong. Now, the question is, are they wrong enough to change the outcome? I know what you many of you think I know what I think that that's another discussion but to act like there's no problem here that this is status quo and that we should now focus on simply this next election in Georgia, as though there's nothing to be concerned about is absolutely asinine, ignorant naive. And it doesn't people don't have confidence in this state's got to get this together. figure this out immediately. This can't continue. I gotta take a break. quick timeout, I'll get the Facebook or the video feed up. Hopefully God Willing here during the break. You're listening to conservative, not bitter talk. I'm your host, Todd Huff back here in just a minute.
Welcome back. So not only we have this these shenanigans going on in Michigan and around the country as well, I saw that there's a lawsuit filed now saying in the state of Nevada, or if you prefer Nevada, 40,000 people voted twice. No evidence of fraud or problems or concerns. 40,000 people voting twice Dominion voting systems. I made all this stuff going on there. Those being counted as a decimal. You know, just who owns the company, these machines connected to the internet. Take your pick on down the line of problems with dominion. They won't go and sit before committees, they've disbanded closed offices, people on LinkedIn that are employees of Dominion have vanished from the face of the planet. Nothing at all to see here, folks. You're the ones if you if you have questions about the election, you're the ones. We're the ones who have the issue and the problem, not them. Not them. No, no, no. Can't be that President Trump yesterday making some remarks at the White House about the election. Here it is. Thank you. This may be the most important speech I've ever made. I want to provide an update on our ongoing Efforts to expose the tremendous voter fraud and irregularities which took place during the ridiculously long November 3 elections. We used to have what was called Election Day. Now we have election days, weeks and months. And lots of bad things happened during this ridiculous period of time, especially when you have to prove almost nothing to exercise our greatest privilege, the right to vote. As President, I have no higher duty than to defend the laws and the Constitution of the United States. That is why I am determined to protect our election system, which is now under coordinated assault and siege. For months leading up to the presidential election, we will warn that we should not declare a premature victory, we were told repeatedly that it would take weeks if not months, to determine the winner to count the absentee ballots. And to verify the results. My opponent was told to stay away from the election, don't campaign, we don't need you. We've got it. This election is done. In fact, they were acting like they already knew what the outcome was going to be. They had it covered. And perhaps they did very sadly, for our country. It was all very, very strange. Within days after the election, we witnessed an orchestrated effort to anoint the winner. Even while many key states were still being counted, the constitutional process must be allowed to continue, we are going to defend the honesty of the vote by ensuring that every legal ballot is counted. And that no illegal ballot is counted. This is not just about honoring the votes of 74 million Americans who voted for me. It's about ensuring that Americans can have faith in this election, and in all future elections. So there you go. Take a timeout here. Come back and talk about that quick timeout back here in just a just a minute.
Welcome back. So you heard President Trump last segment you may have heard some or all that before, but basically, again, the the point that we're at at this at this, you know, specific juncture, I guess, is that the American people are learning more and more about this. The American people are outraged republican politicians, Republican leaders are largely absent for absent from the stage. Lynwood said that yesterday at their rally or whatever you want to call that that was happening in Georgia. And and he's right. In fact, you've been hearing me call out our local representatives here. I'm in Indiana, and you may be listening in a variety of places, but I'm in Indiana. And you haven't seen much. In fact, the only one that I could have applauded consistently until recently was Congressman Jim banks. I did hear back from Senator Mike, Ron's team, and we will be having a discussion with him this morning that my I plan to share that with you tomorrow. Depending that's my plan. And I'm going to ask him about some of these things. But I have seen senator Braun out there, Senator Brown, in fact, I think yesterday was on msnbc. That's not just being out there that's stepping into the Hornet's hornet's nest, the lion's den, if you will. Stepping on to msnbc. I got I got an invitation to msnbc one time and I got to tell you it felt much different than the invitation we received from from Fox News. Ford. Well, unfortunately, it was canceled because it was we scheduled a day back this is a couple of years ago with Katy tour tr of msnbc. And it was the same day hurricane I think it was hurricane Michael hit the panhandle of Florida But anyhow, much different feeling to get an email from producer there because you know what this is? They're not interested and trying to give a platform to conservatives to express their beliefs and to correct the record as to what is wrong with how people view conservatives and conservatism. That's not the The objective anyway So Mike Braun Senator Mike Braun steps into the lion's den at MSNBC and did a great job he did a good job and we're gonna ask him I asked I'm gonna ask him some questions here his name by the way he he says that this is false for the record but his name was released by Carl Bernstein. Bernstein said that there's 21 Republican senators that basically hate Trump, but they won't. They won't say that publicly. He lists 21 names and both of Indiana senators are on that list. Braun says it's false and bronze defense I I don't trust I mean Carl Bernstein or the media or anything else, but nonetheless, that is those are the allegations. Not nothing from Senator Todd. Yeah, that that is to me. Senator Todd young is Whistling past the graveyard. They are go to their Twitter feed. I live. I'm from Monrovia. There's a post about Monrovia in their bounds about brands McCracken love the story of branch McCracken know lots of people related to branch McCracken bridge McCracken Memorial gymnasium is the high school gym. least it was I'm sure it still is. So the idea that that should be the focal point of your Twitter feed stuff like that at a time like this when our Republic is literally under assault, under assault. And this is what I'm this this is it. These folks are either hiding or they're doing the the status quo what's traditionally expected. His leadership senator Todd young is absent is it's just it's missing. It's It's It's gone. It's not it's not there. It's, in my opinion. There's a ton of momentum, and anger and rage and people being upset at what is being allowed to happen in our country. And it's happening because of grassroots. Yeah, I mean, yes, the Trump team Yes, of course, Sidney Powell and would. But there's a lot of just people who are fed up. They're fed up with Washington, DC, they're fed up with these politicians of both parties. They're fed up with people hiding in their basements, they're fed up with all this corruption and fraud. The way witnesses are treated in, you know, when they're making their testimony, people getting beaten up, because of their statements and so forth. People are sick of it. And we're people like Senator Todd young, hiding, they are hiding. That is unacceptable. I don't care who your senator representative, Governor, whatever is absolutely, unequivocally unacceptable. And there are elections coming. There are elections coming and we've got to rectify the situation at the ballot box. Unacceptable. Gotta take a break. Listen to conservative, not bitter talk. I'm your host, Todd Huff back in just a minute.
Really quickly, folks, I'm gonna try to squeeze this and we cannot be lulled into thinking that having to end up having these hearings is enough. That's that's the that's the part of this. That's just the dog and pony show there should hopefully something real and people are trying to get to the bottom of this and all this sort of thing but reminds me of when I was in DC in 1998 or nine. I asked a question to Barry Lynn of the Americans United for separation of church and state a question I've been thinking about for a long, long time he came to our class. And he didn't answer the question. And basically, I didn't have a next step because I thought the question I assumed he would answer it. And so we can't just assume these folks are going to do the right thing. Continue to press them to do the right thing StG God bless. Gotta go. Take care.
