Joe Rogan, Science, and Jesus: A Christian Conservative View

My friends, Joe Rogan recently shared an intriguing thought on his podcast. He quoted ethnobotanist Terence McKenna, who said, “Modern science is based on the principle: ‘Give us one free miracle and we’ll explain the rest.’” Rogan called it a “great line” because science asks us to accept one really big miracle: the Big Bang. Give them that, and everything else falls into place. But Rogan concluded, “I’m sticking with Jesus on that one. Jesus makes more sense.”

My friends, he’s absolutely right. RC Sproul identified four possible explanations for the universe: it’s self-existent, self-created, created by something self-existent, or an illusion. The only explanation that makes sense? A self-existent Creator. The Bible reveals this Creator to us. So, my friends, who do you say He is?
