NPR's Taxpayer-Funded Propaganda: Time to Cut the Cord

My friends, NPR’s Katherine Maher recently sat down with Jordan Klepper of The Daily Show to warn us of impending doom if federal funding for NPR and PBS is cut. But is this just another overblown scare tactic?

Why do we even need federal tax dollars to support public journalism? These taxpayer-funded outlets are run by Radical Leftists pushing their anti-American agendas under the guise of objective journalism.

In fact, cutting off funding to partisan, make-believe journalists might be the best thing we could do to save true journalism. America deserves better than taxpayer-funded propaganda. So, NPR, if you’re as important as you say, prove it. Compete in the free market like everyone else — without hiding behind taxpayer dollars.
