The Immigration Bill Is Garbage

We have won the argument on border security. But the deceivers are operating behind closed doors. Republican Sen. James Langford of Oklahoma was interviewed and tried to defend his new immigration bill that would allow up to 8,500 illegal immigrants per day to come into the U.S. No one was able to read the bill or know what was in it until recently. This bill is not about the safety of our country. Anyone arguing in favor of it is culpable if God forbid a terrorist attack happens.

• Democrat Governor says he offered to help Biden on the border crisis, but was rejected

  • We have won the argument on the border.

  • Now we have to see through the political victory.

• Border bill permits up to 8,500 illegal immigrant encounters per day before an emergency border shutdown is issued

  • Senators have vigorously denied that it allowed even for 5,000 per day.

  • This is precisely why:

    • bills should not be rushed through

    • transparency is king

    • we shouldn’t be proposing such large bills in the first place

• Senator Lankford (R-OK) doubling down in defense of bill, saying it does not allow 5,000 illegal immigrants to enter per day

• Biden declines CBS’ offer to sit for Super Bowl interview, making 2nd straight year he’s skipped out on the opportunity

  • I’m not a fan of these anyway, but why pass on it?

  • Think about it: Biden is at the absolute bottom of the barrel in every measurable way, so wouldn’t it be all upside?
