My friends, the commander of Artemis 2, Reid Wiseman, said he broke down in tears after returning to Earth and asked to speak with a Navy chaplain. When asked about his experience traveling through space and how he thought about it after returning to Earth, Wiseman said, “I’m not really a religious person, but there was no other avenue for me to explain anything.”

He said when the chaplain walked in, he saw the cross on his collar and broke down in tears.

I’m no astronaut, and I’ve never been to space, but I have seen God’s creation from Earth’s perspective. The only reasonable explanation for any of this is God made it.

I would find it far more surprising if someone made that journey and returned believing there was no Creator behind it.
