Todd Talk: Democrats’ Double Standard: Defending a Candidate with a Nazi Tattoo

A 60-second conservative commentary with humor and heart.

Illustration of political hypocrisy showing a Democratic politician defending a candidate with a controversial Nazi tattoo, reflecting the irony discussed in the episode.

My friends, you can’t make this stuff up.

For years, Democrats in the media and online have called Donald Trump, Republicans — even little ole me — “Nazis” and “fascists.” They’ve done it so often it’s lost whatever fake meaning they hoped it would have. It’s their go-to insult whenever they run out of real arguments.

And now, their own candidate, Graham Platner, who’s running for the United States Senate in Maine, admits he has a Nazi skull tattoo on his chest — the Totenkopf symbol — and the party’s still standing by him. He says he got it while drunk years ago and promises to have it removed.

The irony is almost too perfect. The same party that sees fascists behind every red MAGA hat is defending one of its own who literally wears the symbol.

Dramacrats being Dramacrats — hypocrisy always comes standard.
