Todd Talk: Georgia Early Votes and the Missing Signatures That Matter
A 60-second conservative commentary with humor and heart.
My friends, you may have seen the headlines, but with everything vying for our attention, this one may have slipped by.
Earlier this month, officials in Fulton County, Georgia did not dispute a claim about how early votes were handled in the 2020 election.
Georgia law requires three signatures on tabulator tapes so an election official and two witnesses attest the count was secure and the chain of custody intact.
According to records produced, those tapes had zero signatures.
Fulton County’s attorney acknowledged they weren’t signed.
Biden won Georgia by just over 11,000 votes and 315,000 early votes were affected.
A republic depends on more than counting votes — it depends on proving they were handled lawfully. When that proof is missing, questions aren’t reckless. They’re inevitable.
