Supreme Court Victory: Restoring Common Sense in Government

@toddhuffshow The president can reduce the size of the federal bureaucracy — and the Supreme Court just said so. 8-1. 🔥 The real winner? The Constitution… and common sense, my friends. 🇺🇸 #Politics #ConservativeNotBitter #ToddHuffShow #ChristianConservative #SCOTUS #ConstitutionalLaw#RuleOfLaw #GovernmentOverreach #ToddTalk #FaithAndFreedom ♬ original sound - Todd Huff

My friends, the Supreme Court just delivered an 8-1 decision confirming the president can reduce the size of the federal bureaucracy. The lone dissent came from Justice Ketanji Brown-Jackson, who’s still searching for the definition of a woman.

Many are calling this a Trump victory — and that’s true. But the real victory belongs to the Constitution, the rule of law, and the American people. The idea that the head of the executive branch wouldn’t have authority over the executive branch agencies is downright preposterous. That power belongs where the Founders put it.

Moves like this could do more to restore this nation than most people realize. That’s a win for common sense — and my friends, we could use a whole lot more of that these days.
