A 60-second conservative commentary with humor and heart.

My friends, on today’s Toddcast I spoke with Beau Bayh, son and grandson of well-known Indiana Democrats. Beau’s running for Secretary of State, and to be fair, I don’t believe he’s a radical leftist. But the Democrat Party he’s part of isn’t the same one his father and grandfather knew. It’s becoming more extreme — as detailed in a new Townhall piece about what they call “The Mamdani Effect.”

Across America, Democrats are taking cues from Zohran Mamdani, a socialist likely to be elected mayor of New York City today. This is why redistricting matters — because we’re in a cold civil war, and the survival of our republic is at stake.

The Blue Dog Democrat has more in common with me than with their own Party today. I hope these Democrats join folks like me in fighting for our republic before it’s too late.
