Todd Talk: Why Indiana Must Redraw Its Maps Now
A 60-second conservative commentary with humor and heart.
My friends, it’s perfectly legitimate for Indiana to redistrict. It’s constitutional, it’s the job of the state legislature, and there are no sacred shapes or magical lines. Districts must simply be contiguous and roughly equal in population. No area deserves special treatment, and every state redraws its maps — some even this year.
But not only can Indiana redistrict — she should. National Democrat leadership does not represent Hoosier values, not even those of most Hoosier Democrats. Their big-government policies are crushing families, driving up costs, creating border chaos, pushing cultural nonsense like men in women’s sports, and fueling political lawfare and federal overreach.
My friends, we’re in a cold civil war, and one side must win. For the sake of our republic, it had better be our side.
